Or select our in-house rental insurance during booking.
In-house rental insurance covers most accidental damage, exclusions apply.
We will disclose limits and terms before checkout.

Responsibility and safety

The renter is responsible for safe operation and transport.
Follow all site safety standards and manufacturer guidelines.

Maintenance and breakdowns

All machines are serviced in-house before rental.
If issues arise, call us.
Field mechanic support is available.

Fuel and cleaning

Return with the same fuel level provided.
Excessive mud or debris may incur a cleaning fee.

Weather

We work in rain.
Discuss access and ground conditions in advance.

Cancellations and extensions

Notify us as soon as possible if dates change.
